Whilst these are the occupations that have been nominated the most, you shouldn't all go out and try and find a job within those categories in order to be nominated.
Nominating the correct occupation is paramount to any Australian skilled visa.
For a sponsor you need to demonstrate a genuine need for the nomination and for a visa applicant, you need to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience to fulfil that need.
If you don't nominate the correct occupation you could lose out on a work visa and the business will be short of staff.
There are also huge penalties for initially nominating the incorrect occupation and then trying to make the role fit it.
If you falsify your experience to fit a nominated occupation - you'll be denied.
If you falsify the job description or duties and responsibilities - you'll be denied.
In all cases there will be civil and sometimes criminal penalties so having your visa application denied is the least of your worries.
