The NSW Government has released its occupations lists for State Nomination for the Skilled Nominated subclass 190 visa and the Skilled Regional Sponsored subclass 489 visa.

The good news is that the following occupations have been added to the list;

• Accountants
• IT Professionals
• Nurses

Many occupations have also been added to the 489 visa list which is a 4 year temporary visa that requires you to live and work in a regional area.

What does this mean for you?

1. Look for your occupation on the list
2. Prepare your Expression of Interest according to the new process (read more here)
3. Submit your Expression of Interest in time

The first invitations will be sent out shortly so if you think you are eligible for NSW State Nomination then don't delay.
